How difficult can it be to implement this awesome feature? I've been holding back for 16 (SIXTEEN) years with my MS Word purchase hoping the alphabetical multi-index would get implemented in OO. I can't wait much longer for this feature as I really need to finish my dissertation on "The neural effects and defects in the state of disquiet through delayed UX enhancements in open-source applications." which I actually meant to finish in 2002.
