[Issue 127863] During some update (I believe I have the latest version) , the "insertion of pictures from a file" either inverts the picture OR rotates it 90 degrees.

You Haven't seen that you've opened 2 issues for the same problem, right? ;-)
Read the issue again and you will find the reference to the duplicate one.
