This trunk commit should be merged to AOO416 to fix SwCntntFrm::CalcLowers() so
that it visits all on-page objects. This bug can cause OpenOffice to crash.

svn merge -c 1837212 '^/openoffice/trunk' .
Fix tested in 4.1.6 on 32-bit Windows 7 and CentOS 6 x86_64.
