If I delete the remaining data in your Document with Conttrol and A together followed by pressing backspace. After saving the document the file size is reduced. I have not detect hidden data. Maybe I did miss it. How many entries did your list have? Since we can only fix, what we can reproduce, it is very hard to do something about it. From my point of view you did something that deleted the data. We need to know exactly what you did. Did this occurred on save? Is the remaining points from the beginning of your work? or rather the end? After you found out that something has been lost, have you tried to use the Undo button? The Undo button can go backward in your change history a bit, while you have edited it. I hope you were able to reconstruct the data. Even if it did cost you additional time. Also you might consider to use Calc to create the list. It makes it a bit easier to go through the positions. But this is your choice. I do not know the background how you want to use the list.
