All Bugzilla can do is point up a potential problem. The solution has to come via action by a volunteer stepping up and doing the required work. We would greatly appreciate your expertise to improve the Russian Translation. To become part of the translation team follow the procedures laid out in the Introduction to Localization page at https://openoffice.apache.org/translate.html.
