About my OS and System

Since the last update of Windows 10 dated 2019-01-09 and 2019-01-14

Open Office Freezes for a period, then crashes, often loosing everything since
the last save.

I am now saving after each edit.

This has happened at least twice in Calc and innumerable times in Write and
Draw.

When the file is recovered, I am instructed to press [Next] [I believe], then
be able to describe what I was doing when the event occurred.

Instead of a screen to enter what I was doing, the document I was working on is
re-opened.

This makes me doubt that you are getting the automatic notices regarding these
crashes. [Is this a change in the recovery app, or a bug?]

Have you been getting any Automatic Crash Reports for the Windows 10 OS? If not
You should have gotten a bunch by now.

My system information is in one of the attachments.
