I am a college student, and required to read various powerpoints for my
coursework. I am in week 4 of my semester, and have previously successfully
opened 3 .pptx files without issue. However, upon trying to open this 4th .pptx
(not all at the same time, just the fourth .pptx I have had to open over the
last 4 weeks), Impress pulls up a "filter" list, from which I choose Microsoft
PowerPoint, and it then gives me a "general error. general input/output error"
is there any way to fix this? I don't know why it has started doing this and I
need to be able to do my coursework. I will add the file in question, too.
