A few days ago my OpenOfffice 4.1.4 froze.  I had created a template for a
report and saved it to the Desktop.  Now I can neither open files, nor delete
the template.

I tried today (first I knew of its existence) to download 4.1.6 (full) but it
will not complete and exits the setup Wizard.  HELP!
