I downloaded version 4.1.6 of OpenOffice, and now I can't figure out how to
open it. During installation the box saying that I wanted a desktop icon was
checked. The old icon (which was for version 4.1.0) was removed during the
installation, but there’s no new icon. When I double-click on an existing odt
document to open it, nothing happens. What do I have to do to get OpenOffice
to open?
I do have file msvcr100.dll on my system. I can get into the OpenOffice 4.1.6
Installation Files folder.
Please tell me how to open OpenOffice. Or should I remove it and reinstall
4.1.0?
