More precisely, it only happens with bullet graphics, not with regular bullets:

STR

1) AOO Writer, create bulleted list, first list item "foo bar"
2) Format > Bullets and Numbering > Graphics > select any graphical bullet
3) Underline "foo"

Actual result (4.1.5)

* Tab between graphical bullet and "foo" gets underlined (and "foo" of course)

Expected result

* Only "foo" should be underlined

OT: Bullet graphics should really use vector graphics in this day and age...
