No one at the management of this software has been able to supply the end users with a patch or SIMPLE EASY TO UNDERSTAND steps to rectify this issue thereby rendering the software, in its present state, useless. Apparently it is caused by a user profile directory. Supposedly, if the profile is deleted or renaming of the user profile director, the problem will be corrected.
