Clearly this isn't a help desk as your response is no help at all. I have been using his kind of software for more than thirty years, so I know how it is supposed to work. When you apply a conditional formatting filter to display text in a particular colour if the value in the cell is above zero, and the operation works in the reverse manner to the criteria applied in the function, namely turning all cells that are BELOW zero that colour instead, then it is a BUG.
