If user report crashes, often the profile is corrupted. A workaround fix is described on the forum at [1]. We are already on the investigation of corrupted profiles for a permanent fix. I am with Markus on this one. Your Issue is an issue specific to your system. Please use the resources Provided by Comment 4 to get further help.
