If you mean "UntitledX", Bugzilla Issue 95320 ("Inconsistent labelling of unsaved documents") pointed out: "The labelling of unsaved documents in OOo 3.0 has changed from "Untitled1" to "Untitled 1" (a blank character has been added). However this change has not been made consistently in every place, where these labels appear.". I have seen at least 5 instances of "UntitledX" issue in components of AOO (4.1.7 and 4.2-dev), including the title of printing job, but I have no idea whether Navigator was present in AOO in year 2008. If it was, it could be covered by description: "However this change has not been made consistently in every place, where these labels appear." If that's the case what about the rule of not reporting an issue already reported?
