Thanks so much for the discussion. I think your view point is very clear now. I
am your opinion on the case. We need set the border default to a value that is
causing less work on daily use if worked with other Office suites. And a
default value of 0.75 is fine for me. Also 0.05 is really thin if you want to
print the sheet...


Please see Issue 18027 for further details. I open this one as a recognition
for Prokras and Peter Lairo arguments. But this is not the final state.
Issue 18027 goes beyond the real minimum to set a different default.
At the same time I do not think that 18027 demands the right thing. If we start
to to extend this we should implement a good concept how to handle border
styles and maybe cell styles in general and not just close an immediate gap.
(which we did not in 18 years :P)

With other words:
1) Maybe we can dirty hack this Issue... -> reopen
2) We should come up with a better enhancement then 18027 as a long term
solution. -> want a new Issue with proper use case concept.
