dgrove-oss edited a comment on issue #400: downloads migrated to TLP dist area URL: https://github.com/apache/openwhisk-website/pull/400#issuecomment-517994716 It changes the URLs from getting the release out of the incubator portion of svn (https://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/) into the openwhisk TLP portion (https://www.apache.org/dist/openwhisk). I copied all the current releases in svn on Thursday. Once this is merged, we can then delete the files from the incubator's part of svn., Because these are incubation releases, they are required to be located in a directory that has "incubating" in its path to warn users that they come with the incubator disclaimer (per https://incubator.apache.org/guides/transferring.html -- section of releases)
