The hello world example for Java include a "package" statement which did not allow the main class to be found properly with the remaining instructions. Additionally, we became aware of needing to list the requirement for the GSON package for the CLASSPATH as well as providing extra notes in case Java developers were compiling with later (than Java 8) JDKs so the class files produced are linked to the appropriate libraries the runtime expects. ---------------------------------------------------------------- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
