@dgrove-oss @akrabat I have changed the 7.3 dependency to use buster. The 7.4 runtime based on buster updates the OS libraries `libicu` and `podstgres-server-dev` to later versions. Do you think that those libs need to be upgraded for 7.3 too (maybe the next build will show) ? Update: The build failed due to these two libraries.
