There is an OpenWhisk plugin in Pinpoint and I am using Pinpoint with OpenWhisk(downstream). https://github.com/pinpoint-apm/pinpoint/tree/master/plugins/openwhisk Since Pinpoint works based on the bytecode instrumentation, it does not require any code change in the OW layer. But, on the other hand, it is a bit sensitive to code changes.
