I am seeing with both [wrk2](https://github.com/giltene/wrk2) and [nighthawk](https://github.com/envoyproxy/nighthawk) load testers that latency is lower when targed/achieved throughput is higher. ## Environment details: ubuntu 20.04 on aws m5zn.metal with k8s.
