@style95 I believe that @sciabarracom refers to the behavior driven by this parameter whisk.loadbalancer.blackbox-fraction, by default set to 10%, which is essentially determining the number of invoker instances allowed to run blackbox actions. I assume that in theory it can be set to 100%, allowing all invoker instances to be used to launch blackbox actions.
