URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk/pull/2360#issuecomment-309411248 @style95 while it is true that a request may go to an unhealthy invoker topic, since messages in queue are persisted, a new invoker to replace the unhealthy one will pick up those messages and process them eventually. This can be achieved either by having a new invoker subscribe to the topic as needed.
