I was thinking if we want CouchDB to be HA, then you would want a different image to perform the configuration so you only need to run it once. I would think it makes it simpler to just deploy Couch and configure it once. Rather than having to build all that logic in later. Does Mesos not provide the ability to run a container once and wait for it to finish successfully before moving to the next step? Either way, I still don't like the idea of having to use my own image, so it will require an official OW image for everyone to use.
