I got about 15,000 ~ 20,000 TPS with 2 machines(cpu: 40 cores, mem: 128GB, 2T SDD). Actually there is huge performance difference between with and without connection keepalive. That result comes without connection keepalive. Components were distributed and couldn't utilize whole resources. (e.g. controller machines were saturated but DB machines were not and so on). I am trying to benchmark with connection keepalive and saturate all components. Normally nginx in OW uses keepalive, I expect it would be way more than that. Once it is done, I will share to you. It might help you to plan your cluster setup.
