tysonnorris opened a new issue #3070: when runtime image is missing, health ping fails without errors URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk/issues/3070 ## Environment details: * any deployment, where nodejsaction image is missing from invoker hosts ## Steps to reproduce the issue: 1. remove nodejsaction image from invoker hosts 2. start controller + invoker 3. invoker will register unhealthy as expected, and remain unhealthy as expected 4. no useful info in either controller or invoker logs to indicate the health action activation failed due to missing image ## Provide the expected results and outputs: Ideally, invoker logs should indicate the image is missing; controller logs should indicate the health action test had a failure. ## Provide the actual results and outputs: none, just unhealthy invokers
