   Post splitting of `build.sh` time has come down to ~ 31 mins (current master 
is at 46 mins)

   Build Scan
   * [Unit Tests][1] - 944 tests (11 mins)
   * [System Tests][2] - 298 tests (14 mins)
   
   So total 1242 tests. Current master has 1247 tests. So looking into what is 
missing
