We should avoid using `sudo` as it is. not necessary to deploy openwhisk. Also this solution might be fragile for some - in general I don't want the installer to move around my files. How about if the `~./wskprops` exist, to just create a new one `.wskprops.compose-<unique id>` and export WSK_CONFIG_FILE to point to that file. `make` can display prominently at the end of its run how to set this file and leave it to the user to mess with their properties files.
