The point is that the version number of each of our components is not aligned, so grouping by those numbers is not useful. Since we haven't created such a unified release yet, we don't have any subdirs. Once we create the 19.05 release (or 19.06 depending on how long it takes to wrap things up), we will have a subdir for it.
