dgrove-oss edited a comment on issue #4545: update gradlew[.bat] with Apache license URL: https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk/issues/4545#issuecomment-508993101 I think I did an appropriate update to the NOTICE file in addition to updating the two files to the version from Gradle 5.5 in https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk-catalog/pull/305. Once we decide we're happy with that, we can replicate across the gazillions of our repos that have the same issue.
