Under my dev MacOS, the HAS_POST_2038 is Failed when configuring. But when I 
run make test-out, all three tests could pass. As you mentioned, some tests are 
disabled in this case.
But in Travis osx, the HAS_POST_2038 is 
Success(https://travis-ci.org/xunzhang/orc/jobs/137075071, unfold "cmake .." 
around line 2173), but the test could not pass.
