Description: There are two types of exceptions (ParseError,
InvalidArgument) being currently used. It will be convenient for clients of ORC
C++ library to handle a single exception. The scope of this JIRA is to use a
single "OrcException" instead. (was: There are currently three types of
exceptions () . The scope of this JIRA is to rename this to OrcException and
use it throughout the C++ code base.)
