Description:
Currently we're using the Java ORC CSV converter as part of an internal tool.
Right now I have to cherry-pick several commits on top of the latest release
{{1.4.3}} in order to build a tools JAR manually which has the CSV converter.
It would be really nice if there was a release version which had the CSV
converter in {{orc/java/tools}}.
Not pressing but it would simplify this aspect of our build.
