What do you mean by creating/deleting strips and columns? We don't support
creating and deleting a stripe through Orc reader/writer interface because
stripe is an implementation detail within Orc. Columns are defined through
Orc::Type and created by writer. We currently don't support deleting a column
from existing Orc file.
