Hi, [~williamhyun] Since you have been working on this, could you re-try to add
Java 17 EA to our infra for Apache ORC 1.7.0? Java 17 EA will be enough to add
this to the release note for Apache ORC 1.7.0 although Java 17 is not released
yet.
