In few usecases like delete which iterates and listKeys to get KeyNames to
deleteKeys, we donot need to refreshPipeline, and also in S3 listKeys also we
don't need Keys with PipelineInfo.
Doing this will help in improving the performance of delete/rename/listKeys API.
