This task is the first one in the work pipeline to implement
*S3MultipartUpload* requests, I will create follow-up jira tasks to cover
{{commit/complete/list/abort}} multipart requests incrementally.
Here, the idea of this jira task is to implement {{Initiate multipart upload}}
for a specified key.
