Description:
Possibly due to Recon ignoring setNodeOperationalStateCommand (HDDS-4766),
NodeStatus isn't being updated for its operationalState and
opStateExpiryEpochSeconds field (but DatanodeInfo is). See the attached
screenshot.
Found this during development of HDDS-4832.
