Description:
Currently, Ozone does not have a command to get the usage information of a
datanode.
The Jira aims to add an admin datanode subcommand called UsageInfoSubcommand to
query usage info of a datanode. Information such as Capacity, SCMUsed and
Remaining space is listed.
