A change might have broken the semantics of "-p":

$ ozone fs -mkdir -p ofs://ozone1/vol2/bucket2/
mkdir: Volume vol2 is not found

This should create volume vol2, and then create bucket2. This worked as
expected during my development of OFS.
But now it seems to ignore '-p'.
