Bootstrap changes will be less than 100 LOC, but if it is still needed I can split it into a new Jira. Actually, I have planned to implement CertClient and Integration in two parts, later when integrating found issues and closed the other one. Let me see if I can split again, but 2nd PR integration one will be dependent on this.
