Janus Chow updated HDDS-5006:
-----------------------------
    Description:
Datanodes use "ozone.metadata.dirs" as default Ratis storage directory, when
the directory fails to be created, Datanode will exit without any errors shown
in log file. The output is as follows:

  !Screenshot 2021-03-21 at 10.04.52 PM.png|width=805,height=142!

The reason is that when Datanode got exception starting, the error messages
will be printed in output_file, it will be hard for users to find the error
message since we usually expect the messages to exist in log_file.
