Hi [~julienlau], sorry for not adding details to the task. There are few
tests, mostly unit tests, written in a way that is specific to non-Ratis
OM/SCM. The same functionality with Ratis enabled is usually verified in
integration and acceptance tests. I'll create a subtask for each test with
more information, because they probably will be fixed by different contributors.
