Summary: Ozone Recon - Identify container replicas difference
based on content checksums

Container reconciliation will provide additional details for identifying
container replica contents based on individual replica checksum and help Recon
detect if any container replica divergence has taken place in a ozone cluster
due to multiple reasons.
Additional field provided in container reports from Datanode: *dataChecksum*
# Process the additional field from container reports and if either of the
container has any replicas has mis-match in their checksums, then that
container replica contents have been diverged and need Recon to add as an
Unhealthy containers record.
# Recon UI to add a new tab for showing such containers with container details
and DN replica details.
# Recon to expose an API to consume data by UI from step #1.
