Snapshot diff currently doesn't fallback to full snapdiff if DAG has been
pruned and rather returns the partial delta sst file list which could lead to
wrong snapshot diff result.
Instead we need to check if all the sst files of source snapshots have been
visited as part of the dag traversal.
