The aim here is to clean up the CA server side implementation, and separate the
implementation of a rootCA and a subCA server, based on their needs.
In the meantime a secondary goal is to encapsulate relevant parts of
bouncycastle dependencies within the CertificateSignRequest and the
SelfSignedCertificate code, while signing related checks into the Approver
classes, and with that use only java.security interfaces and classes for
certificates/keys/signing/etc.
