Description:
* Reuse {{check.yml}}, introduced by HDDS-11813, in {{flaky-test-check}} and
{{repeat-acceptance}}
* Apply other recent CI fixes/improvements:
** HDDS-11751
** HDDS-11877
** HDDS-11909
** TEST_JAVA_VERSION bumps
Also change {{junit.sh}} to log only failed iterations into {{summary.txt}};
otherwise {{_post_process.sh}} (which checks for non-empty file) exits with
error for successful runs:
