Description:
Simple refactor of existing code, passing ExecutionContext instead of
TermIndex, which will consists of index and termIndex.
As part of this, index will be same as termIndex.getIndex().
Later ManagedIndex will handled just modifying ExecutionContext and defining
managedIndex and its persistency.
