*Problem:*
High traffic costs and slow computations when reading data from Ozone, as data
consumers and compute resources are located in different data centers.
*Goal:*
Enable data replication between data centers, optimizing efficiency based on
data consumption and storage strategies.
*Description:*
*Scenario 1*
_Folder 1_ - Replication factor: 6, with 2 copies in each data center.
Shared data needed by all consumers across all data centers.
Replication factor exceeds 3 to avoid inter-data-center traffic in case of a
single copy failure.
*Scenario 2*
_Folder 2_ - Erasure coding within Data Center 1.
Data is only required by consumers in Data Center 1.
*Scenario 3*
_Folder 3_ - Erasure coding within Data Center 3.
Data stored as cold data on slow HDDs.
