Recon Disk Usage page labeling as Quota Used value for a bucket is mis-leading.
This value is un-replicated summed up data size for all keys/files inside a
bucket present currently inside the bucket and also this size value doesn't
consider any keys pending for deletion if any, so to avoid any confusion
matching this value with usedBytes field value (which shows replicated summed
up size of all files inside a bucket PLUS size of any files pending for
deletion), so its better to label this field as "Unreplicated Quota Used" as
well as add some tooltip info icon with description of the field value as
described above.
