Let's add `DistCp` to the `proper-names` section of `.markdownlint.yaml` since there was some inconsistent captialization when updating the [current website](https://github.com/apache/ozone/pull/7588/commits/9dee475d0498967214742a1d88bec97dd2fe5d62).
